The officers and employees of Laboratory Mechanical Services have many years of experience encompassing all aspects of the expertise to provide your laboratory’s specific requirements. We can provide planning and design services critical at the early stages of project conception which eliminates the need for costly changes during the construction phase.

Services include but not limited to specialty plumbing, piping, acid, chemical and biological waste drain systems, instrument gas service tubing, exhaust systems, HVAC, laboratory furniture, remodels and renovations. Laboratory Mechanical Services provides the key elements of design, construction and installation for your laboratory in the Gulf Coast Region. Primary customers include refineries, chemical plants, universities, independent testing laboratories, hospitals, scientific manufacturers and general contractors.

Safety is a major concern of the laboratory industry. Laboratory Mechanical Services recognizes that this industry desires to provide the highest level of security and safety for its clients. We can provide as a service to the industry, all necessary and required OSHA1910.1450, ANSI/AIHA Z9.5 mandated testing for the operation of fume exhaust equipment and NSF 49 for biological safety enclosures along with ASHRAE-110-1995 standard testing and certification of fume hoods. Our team has the training, expertise and equipment necessary to fulfill OSHA requirements for safety and will provide the testing and maintenance along with the records needed to document an ongoing safety effort.
